Return Policy

We offer a 90 day return policy from the shipping date. Contact us at info@becktonature.com or via fax 1-414-755-0757 to request an RMA, please include the original invoice or OrderID. With a valid RMA return the mattress to our main warehouse. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and include the RMA confirmation printout inside the Box. Do not return a mattress without an RMA authorization.
